The Financial Conduct Authority has issued a warning regarding XtradeMAX for providing financial services without authorisation.
Update on Current Cases
Encouragingly, claims relating to XtradeMAX are progressing positively, and recovery through UK banking regulations appears increasingly achievable. This demonstrates that reimbursement may be possible in cases of this nature.
For example, one client invested £100,000 via Wise, believing the opportunity to be legitimate.
